We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautiful and filled with the aroma of fresh flowers when we walked in. The condo itself was top-notch, with high-end furnishings, a nice fireplace, and windows that opened to let in the fresh mountain air. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We also appreciated the convenience of the lower level parking garage and the frequent elevators. The location was great, especially for experienced skiers, with a gondola nearby that took us to the slopes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, from the front desk gentleman who helped with our bags to the friendly and helpful Maddy at the front desk. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled at the top of the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It offers a peaceful and serene environment for a relaxing stay. The proximity to the gondola is a major advantage, making it convenient to access the sister property and downtown area.

The amenities such as the pool and bowling alley are located at the sister property, which requires a short walk.

The location was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The front desk was not very helpful during our stay. We had some issues that could have been resolved easily, but it seemed like they weren't interested in providing good customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic apartments at Crystal Peak Lodge. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was spacious and well-equipped with a nice kitchen and living room. The location couldn't be better, with the Peak 7 Independence chair and their cafeteria just steps away. Being able to use the amenities at One Ski Hill, just a short gondola ride away, was a definite bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxury and convenience.

As a disabled traveler, I loved the convenient location of Crystal Peak Lodge. The ski lift and gondola were right next to the lodge, making it easy for me to access the slopes. The lodge also had good parking facilities and a useful outdoor spa. The fully stocked kitchen in the four-bedroom unit was a bonus, and the views of the slopes and mountain peaks were simply breathtaking. The lodge also offers a free shuttle service to and from town until midnight, which was very helpful. the facilities and amenities provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

crystal peak lodge by vail resorts was the perfect getaway for a relaxing couple of nights. the jet bath tubs and comfortable beds made our stay extra luxurious. the customer service, especially maddy at the front desk, was top-notch. her helpfulness and friendly nature made us feel welcome and taken care of.
